After working for more than 20 years in education, business and industry, I established Formative Learning to provide clients with e-learning,  instructional design, web and interactive multimedia solutions. With a wide range of skills and knowledge, I have worked for and in collaboration with some of the top universities in Scotland along with some of the largest companies in the defence and aviation sectors.
